Deposit Terms and Conditions

To participate in auctions, a refundable deposit must be paid. The deposit serves as a guarantee that you genuinely intend to purchase a vehicle. After selecting the plan that best suits your needs and paying the deposit, you will be able to place bids on the same day.

Participation in auctions is free of charge.

If you refuse to pay for a vehicle you have won, the necessary costs will be covered using the deposit, which will not be refunded in this case. The deposit is forfeited only if, after winning the auction, payment is not completed within 2 business 5 business days (according to the applicable terms), together with the auction penalty.

The deposit can be refunded by clicking the “Deposit Refund” button in your user profile. The deposit may also be used to cover part of the price of a won vehicle; however, in this case, you will lose the ability to participate in subsequent auctions.
