How does it work?

Registration

Registration is quick and easy. Registration is quick and easy. Both private individuals and legal entities can participate in auctions.
To get started, click here, fill in the form, review the terms and conditions, and confirm your registration.

Deposit

To participate in auctions, a refundable deposit is required.

The deposit amount depends on the selected plan:

• Silver – €700

• Gold – €1,500

• Platinum – €3,500

Each plan provides different maximum bidding limits. Choose the plan that best suits your needs and complete the payment — you will be able to place bids within a few minutes.

Participation in auctions is free of charge.

The deposit is forfeited only if you fail to pay for or refuse to complete the purchase of a won car or motorcycle.

The deposit can be refunded by clicking the “Refund Deposit” button in your user profile.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

After selecting a suitable vehicle and before placing a bid, we recommend checking the vehicle’s history on carfax.com

Auction

Once you have selected a car or motorcycle, you must place a bid to participate in the auction.

When placing a bid, specify the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the vehicle. Using our extensive experience, we aim to win the vehicle for you at the lowest possible price.

Once a bid is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Payment

After winning the auction, you will receive an email on the next business day containing detailed information about the won auction, the auction invoice, and payment instructions.
Information about the won auction will also be available in your user profile.

The total vehicle cost is divided into three payment stages:

1.Winning bid amount + auction fees – payable as soon as possible.

2.Local transportation + logistics – invoiced when the container departs.

3.Customs duty, VAT, and brokerage fees are paid at the final stage, once the vehicle arrives at the selected seaport.

After each payment, please send us the payment confirmation.

Logistics

Once payment is successfully completed, the vehicle is collected from the auction yard and transported to the port. Upon arrival at the port, additional photos are taken and sent to you by email.

We offer transportation to several European ports:

• Klaipėda, Lithuania
• Rotterdam, Netherlands
  

The main port is the Port of Klaipėda.

Shipping to Rotterdam is available only upon client request.

Customs

Customs clearance can be handled by us, or you may complete the procedure yourself.
If you wish to handle customs independently, you must inform us in advance.

Customs duty is calculated based on the vehicle price and transportation costs.
VAT is calculated based on the vehicle price, transportation costs, customs broker fees, and customs duty.

• Cars: 10% customs duty + 21% VAT
  
• Motorcycles: 8% customs duty + 21% VAT
  

Customs charges must be paid within 2 days.

Delivery

The amount shown in the calculator assumes self-collection from the port.

Upon request, we can arrange delivery directly to your address.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery location.
