Deposit Terms and Conditions

A refundable deposit is required to participate in the auctions. It is a guarantee that the bidder is serious about purchasing the vehicle. Once you have chosen a plan that suits your needs and paid the deposit, you can start bidding the same day.

Participation in auctions is free of charge.

If the vehicle is refused after the auction has been won, the necessary costs will be covered by the deposit, which is non-refundable. The deposit will only be forfeited if the payment together with the auction penalty is not made within the time limit (2 or 5 working days, depending on the applicable conditions) after the auction has been won.

Deposits can be retrieved by clicking on the “Retrieve Deposit” button in the user profile. Alternatively, the deposit can be used to pay part of the price of the winning vehicle, but in this case you will not be able to take part in any further auctions.
